The houses will be sold with the full-unexpired term and the quoted prices are inclusive of agency fees. Additionally, each house type comes in two different category of finish – Classic and Executive. Please note that these prices do not apply to premium units, i.e, corner/end units in the case of town houses and patio houses.
The payment plan for any unit will depend on level of completion, but shall not exceed the schedule below. |

Payment Plan |
Reservation Payment 10% payable on indication of interest. This will be required to reserve the buyers preferred allocation.
Initial Deposit 30% payable within 30 days of the reservation deposit
Second Deposit 30% payable within 3 months of the initial deposit
Final Deposit 30% payable within 5 months of the second deposit or on completion of the property, whichever is earlier.

Service Charge Fara Park is designed to have a dedicated professional facilities management team and as such, residents are obliged to pay an annual service charge. This is presently preset at N350,000.00/p.a per housing unit.
Payment Payment can be made via cheque or draft issued in favour of "Fara Park Limited", or direct lodgment in Fara Park Limited's account. Details in this regard will be provided on request.
Delivery Construction of key infrastructure has been completed, a number of homes have reached advanced stages of completion, whilst some units are presently occupied.
Units are at varying stages of completion and delivery periods will range from immediately to 9months.
